A lot of people have such negative views of social media, and I can’t get enough. I thrive off of figuring out the algorithms, and how to make campaigns and clients successful.
After college, I started a blog, and with my knowledge of design and writing, the blog saw instant success.
It was my new-found love of the social media world that really surprised me, and through learning it and learning how to market myself, I was hitting 40k-60k engaged viewers per month.
I dove headfirst into the social media management and web design world, because I wanted others to see how they could tap into social media to achieve success.
The results were incredible, and I had clients calling me left and right to manage their social media: I was selling out events, increasing ROI, selling physical products, selling memberships, signing up clients for my clients, etc.
I was addicted to helping small businesses thrive.
When I met Ethel, we connected instantly, and we knew that our skills and expertise complemented each other perfectly. After working together for several months on marketing projects, we decided to take both of our passions and create the ultimate Instagram course for fitness pros: Crush your Instagram.
Ethel's Our Fitness Expert, Here's Her Story:
During college, I started working as a personal trainer. From there, I taught outdoor boot camps, created stroller and playground fitness programs, rented small studios to teach classes, and within 3 years, I was a fitness studio owner. Huge dream of mine!
By 2015, I was an MPH graduate, sold my gym, and all of my fitness programs. Boy, did I feel like a failure. That feeling didn’t last too long and I was back on my way to running my own business.
Fast forward to 2018, I am a successful marketing agency owner. My primary client is a fitness trainer, instructor, or gym/ studio. I’ve helped clients launch their businesses, execute marketing campaigns, and write fitness certifications.
I spent last year traveling the southeast, since I AM a snowbird at heart. End of 2018, I settled down in Manhattan’s upper east side with my labradoodle, Benjamin Franklin, and I continue to travel every chance I get!
